Organized, quality-driven Construction Project Manager with 25 years of experience successfully planning, managing and delivering projects, including hiring and coordinating numerous vendor/subcontractor resources, on-time and on-budget. Expertise in high-end residential and light commercial builds. Proven experience with difficult projects while maintaining high quality, site safety, client responsiveness, code/regulation compliance and team coordination. Routinely finds and utilizes timely, cost-effective solutions to the wide variety of challenges that arise during construction projects. Utilize innovative products and materials to meet specific goals. Proficient at preparing estimates, soliciting and analyzing bids, well versed in blueprints and building codes/regulations.
